These Terms of Service are the terms I operate my art and related services through. By purchasing digital products or commissioning work from me, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.The Artist retains the rights to change the terms of service at any time. However, the Terms of Service applicable to any purchase shall be those in effect at the time the purchase was made.Violation of these terms may result in consequences including, but not limited to, blacklisting, legal action, or redistribution of purchased digital goods.The Artist retains the right to use any designs, products, or graphics created by us for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, art shows, prints, social media posts, commission examples, or showcases unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.The Artist retains full copyright to all commissioned works unless an explicit transfer of copyright is agreed upon.All payments and timelines for payment must be clearly discussed before commencement of work will start.Refunds are only issued if the project has not yet started or in cases where the Artist cannot complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for completed work. Refunds must be accepted by the Client.The Artist retains the right to refuse services or sales for any individual for any reason. The Artist does not offer their services or sales for anyone under the age of 18.All personal information will be stored temporarily and will be erased after the commission is done.The Artist strictly prohibits the use of any artwork for the creation, promotion, or distribution of non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or similar blockchain-related products.The Client is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for the purpose of training artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning systems, or any similar technologies, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Any unauthorized use of the artwork for such purposes will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.Estimated delivery times will be provided upon ordering. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. Deadlines must be requested before the work is started to be guaranteed.Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all commissions are for personal use only. Commercial usage requires the purchase of additional rights, the terms of which will be agreed upon separately.The Client may not use the artwork for activities involving hate speech, discrimination or illegal activities.The Artist will only deliver digital copies of the artwork. No physical copies will be provided unless specifically discussed and arranged in advance.The Artist retains the right to make alternative versions of artwork if deemed necessary (For example, NSFW to SFW).Artwork can only be resold through means such as character selling, and can bump the value of the character for the value of the commission.If the initial concept or sketch is not accepted by the Client, the Artist can re-use the same sketch for other commissions.The Client has the right to ask for work-in-progress shots of the commission at any point.The Client may modify their commission as long as the Artist has been credited and it's stated that edits have been made.I DO NOT OFFER ART OF:

• Overly complicated designs can increase the commission price
• Examples of complicated designs could be big wings, guns, vehicles, buildings, furniture, overly complicated clothing
